LCP have substantial retail investments, the major holdings situated in town centre shopping schemes including Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall and Aldridge in the West Midlands, Skelmersdale and St Helens in the North West and Aldershot in the South.

Leisure development is an increasingly important and active sector, particularly in town centres. The Arcadian in the centre of Birmingham's theatre land comprises a mix of clubs, pubs, restaurants and an Ibis Hotel.

At the Churchill Shopping Centre, Dudley a new 9,450 sq ft store was constructed and pre-let to Home Bargains. The project represented a investment of £1.25 million in the centre.

The £1 million plus investment for a new 14,000 sq.ft store for Lidl at the Wellington Centre, Aldershot opened Summer 2010.
