Industrial investments are located around the UK in key locations such as Bristol, Reading, Milton Keynes, Sheffield and Durham.

A high proportion of industrial investments are located in the West Midlands including the flagship 2.3 million sq.ft Pensnett Estate in Kingswinford and other estates are in key towns such as Oldbury, West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Wolverhampton and Walsall.

Our policy of offering good quality, refurbished industrial properties has continued to pay dividends with 64,498 sq.ft let to Blackburn Metals on The Pensnett Estate, Kingswinford and the speculatively built 30,000 sq.ft Unit 4 Zone 3 Burntwood Business Park, Burntwood, is now fully let.

A tenant for 119,814 sq.ft, Crosspoint 9 on The Woods Bank Estate in Wednesbury, has been secured, and following completion of refurbishment works the tenant will take occupation late 2010.
