PAPA JOHN’S TO OPEN IN WEST DERBY

Papa John’s is opening a new pizza takeaway and delivery shop in a retail parade in the West Derby area of Liverpool.

It has signed a 15-year lease for unit 3, Deysbrook Lane, with commercial property and investment company LCP, which owns and manages the six-unit retail parade in the suburb.

Fit out work began at the end of June and it should be opening at the beginning of August, joining existing tenants, including Ladbrokes, Barnardo’s and Yang Sing Takeaway    

Andrew Barrett, retail director of LCP, said: “It’s good news to have attracted another high street brand in Papa John’s to this busy and popular local retail parade, bringing additional services in for the local community.”
