EVOLVE ESTATES PART OF M CORE WELCOMES B&M TO M RAINHAM AND THE BALMORAL CENTRE, SCARBOROUGH

Evolve Estates, part of M Core, is thrilled to announce the arrival of B&M to both M Rainham and the Balmoral Centre in Scarborough, marking a significant milestone in their ongoing partnership with the discount retailer.

B&M has taken possession of a previous Wilko store in Rainham, occupying 11,819 sq ft and will officially be opening its doors on Friday 23rd February 2024.

Additionally, B&M has taken a further 21,204 sq ft in The Balmoral Centre in Scarborough and will be opening its doors to customers on Saturday 24^th February 2024.
